A New Form of Community.

Designed by people with lived experiences, this transitional community will act as a beacon of hope for its residents, and those living in the surrounding underserved communities. All businesses will be owned by residents and made available to residents of surrounding communities. All services will be made available to the same people.

This is real access, access to the CapitalS required to create and benefit from Economic Vibrancy.

The Community

A new form of transitional community that also acts as a community hub for the surrounding areas.

Housing

25, college style dorms providing safe accommodation for 100 vets and ex-offenders. Residents can stay for 12-months.

Community Center

A place for childcare, classes, and community focused activities.

Child Care

An accredited childcare center to provide much needed services for underserved community residents.

Classes & Education

GED, Associates Degree, Impact Entrepreneurship, Transitional Services, and basic skills such as interviewing and presentations.

Healthy Food

A small farm meant to service the community, and to be used as an education and skill training platform.

Transitional Services

The services people require to get back on their feet so that they can become productive members of society, and make a difference in their communities.

Transportation

A company purposed to provide the transportation required for people to get to and from jobs.

Mentoring

At risk youth being mentored by people who have "walked that mile".

Modeled after college style dorms, each dormitory will house 4 men, have two bathrooms, a very small kitchen and a small common area.
