Brighton Cove

A New Form of Community. 

Designed by people with lived experiences, this transitional community will act as a beacon of hope for its residents, and those living in the surrounding underserved communities. All businesses will be owned by residents and made available to residents of surrounding communities. All services will be made available to the same people. 

This is real access, access to the CapitalS required to create and benefit from Economic Vibrancy.

Modeled after college style dorms, each dormitory will house 4 men, have two bathrooms, a very small kitchen and a small common area.

Affordable, quality childcare is simply unavailable to low income families, it will not be when Brighton Cove is built.

Technology Packages

$2,000 buys a computer and pays for all SaaS Applications. The balance contributes to printers (including 3d) and appropriate wifi access and cyber security.
